Smart Class In Our School
BVA aims at moulding and nurturing a strong community of future-ready citizens and leaders of tomorrow, sensitive to the winds of change and yet committed to living with responsibility, maintaining a delicate balance between traditional values and modern ethos.
The School which had welcomed twenty children in a distant summer has spread its rainbow wings in much the same way as its students have.
The scale of evolution that the education industry has gone through over the last few months remains monumental. From traditional learning to smart learning, the industry escalated swiftly. Smart classrooms have taken over the sector to prevent learning loss in schools worldwide.
But what is a smart classroom?
A smart classroom is an EdTech-upgraded classroom that enhances the teaching and learning process for both the teachers and the students by inculcating audio, video, animations, images, multimedia etc. This increases the engagement factor and leads to better-performing students. This approach has been doing wonders, primarily when students can barely concentrate in an online setup —smart class technology helps students engage better.
When the world has come to a standstill, especially in the education industry, it becomes imperative to adopt technology to survive. Many educational institutes have kept technology at bay, thinking it needs earth-shattering changes; however, that is incorrect. New-age solutions allow school owners to deploy technology easily without making any infrastructural changes. With the help of an integrated management solution, a class becomes smart, and other administrative tasks that became harrowing following an infinite school closure become easy.
No one would have questioned the education system if it didn’t screech to a halt. It was only after the pandemic that its loopholes got exposed, and the need for a model that’s not so flimsy was felt.
Upskilling for the sake of future
Smart classrooms support the future vision where students are trained in active learning, resilience, stress tolerance, and flexibility. Smart class technology allows students to develop skills that otherwise remain amiss in a traditional setup. Critical thinking and problem-solving are usually the skills at the top of any employer list, and smart class technology helps to hone these skills via collaborative learning. Also, smart classes let students learn at their own pace with the help of ample resources, which makes them self reliant. Smart class technology also facilitates a hybrid learning model, crucial in the current times of disruption.
